Moving to Wellness is international mental health forum that brings together mental health professionals, wellness practitioners, community leaders, and individuals passionate about well-being. This forum explores the powerful connection between mind, body, and community through insightful talks, panel discussions, interactive sessions, and meaningful networking opportunities. Participants will gain practical tools, evidence-based insights, and real-life strategies to support holistic well-being.

Mental health is not just personal – it is collective. In today’s fast-paced and high-pressure world, nurturing our emotional, physical, and social well-being is more important than ever. Moving to Wellness is designed to: - Break stigma around mental health conversations - Provide actionable strategies for daily well-being - Encourage movement as a pathway to healing and resilience - Foster supportive communities that promote sustainable wellness Whether you are a professional, student, advocate, or simply someone who cares about living well, this forum will leave you informed, inspired, and empowered.

Anyone with an interest in mental health, wellbeing, education, or community - whether you're a professional, student, parent, caregiver, or simply someone who wants to feel better and learn more. All are welcome.

Absolutely. The online Zoom sessions are open to participants globally. Simply select the online registration option for the country closest to your timezone or currency preference.

No - single-day passes are available if you can only commit to one day. We recommend the 2-day pass for the full experience, but every session is designed to stand on its own.

Selected sessions will be made available to registered attendees after the event. Some sessions may require live attendance only.
